How do I return an item?

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are refundable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition
The items must be unwashed and unworn
Please note that the following items are non-refundable/exchangeable:
Stick-on products (e.g LUSO, Pick Me Up Padding, Reusable Nipple Stickers)
Are there any charges for return?
Processing of returns is free.
However, shipping costs required to return the parcel will be borne by the customer.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card of the value of the item returned will be sent to you via email.
You can then use the gift card in your next order.
How will my Starter Kit refund be calculated?
For Starter Kits, you will be refunded the amount paid for the entire kit (shipping fees are not refundable) if you refund all items you received in the kit.
Should you return only 1 item from the kit, the original price of the bralette you kept will be deducted from the listing price of the kit and the remaining amount will be refunded.
You have the option of opting for a cash refund if you return a Starter Kit.
