I didn't receive any codes after I redeemed for a reward. What can I do?
Discount codes redeemed will be displayed in the widget - you can find rewards that you have redeemed in the widget, by clicking view.
An email will also be sent to you with your redeemed coupon code. Should you not receive an email, let us know by emailing support@ourbraletteclub.com or chatting with us on our live chat!

I made a purchase but my points aren't showing up.
Points are automatically credited into your account after you place an order and it is confirmed. The sync takes about 3-5 minutes to happen. Should you not see your points in your email after 1 working day, please email us with your order number and we will help to verify it!
I made a purchase at your event/consignment store. Can I still accumulate points?
Yes! As long as you still have your receipt from the purchase and it hasn't been more than 14 days since your purchase, we can help to backdate the points to your loyalty account. Just submit a photograph of your receipt and drop us an email so we can process it for you!
Can I use multiple reward codes in one order?
Only 1 discount code can be used in 1 order!
How do i redeem my 10% off Birthday Discount Code?
Your 10% Birthday Discount Code will only be sent out to you 10 days before your birthday. Do ensure that you're subscribed to our Marketing Emails and have added your Birthday via the Loyalty button in order to receive this discount code.
