Comfy but tears at the middle

The bra is comfy, but because I’m nursing baby throughout the day, the middle seam (not sewn, but stuck tgt with some adhesive) will split after a few wears. So I had to sew them back. Would be good if OBC can review how the middle segment is put together. Thank you!
