General

You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.

 

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your Order.

 

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan.

 

The price payable by you for the Product shall be the price of the Product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site, and any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

 

We accept all major credit cards.

 

Order Statuses

We usually have 4 different order statuses:

1. Awaiting Fulfilment

When you first place an order and have made payment successfully, your order status will be updated to Awaiting Fulfilment. This also means your order is in the midst of packing! It takes us some time to get the shipment packed, so do give us some time to process your orders! If you urgently need something, just chat with us to let us know! :)

2. Awaiting Shipment

After packing your order, we will update your order status to Awaiting Shipment, this means that your order has been packed and is in our mailing bag waiting to be sent to the post office.

3. Shipped

Once we have dropped off your parcel at the post office, or when the courier has picked it up, we will update your order status to Shipped.

4. Refunded

If you have ordered multiple orders and requested to combine shipping, we will update the status of the combined shipment orders to refunded to indicate that we have refunded your shipping fee! :)

5. Starter Kit Awaiting Assignment

For order containing Bralette Starter Kits, it will take up to 10 working days for your order to be processed by the team. Your order will be reviewed by our crew and bralettes suitable for your sized will be handpicked, so please be patient with us!

 

Shipping & Tracking

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

  • Items must be in original selling condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging)
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Panties, swimsuit bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, body suits, stick on products (including padding) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returns are only allowed within 14 days of receipt.

A replacement piece, along with a postage paid envelope will be included for you to return the defective/incorrect product.

You will need to mail back the product to us with your order number attached. We encourage sending parcels via Registered Postage as returns will only be processed when the parcel is received.

How to make a return

For all Returns and Exchanges requests, log in to your account and head to the Order Details page. Choose the product you'd like to return and raise a return request. An email with the return address and details will be sent to you.
