For your online orders

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns (except for the starter kit) will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders (except for the bralette starter kit) and for delivery costs.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can visit this page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For orders made in store

Purchases made from Mummys Market Store are not eligible for returns unless for defective products. Please approach the staff at the respective outlets for assistance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like panties, bodysuits, swimsuit bottoms, one-piece swimsuits and stick on products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We do not accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will contact you should the returns is rejected. If approved, you’ll be issued a gift card in email (do check your spam/junk folder!) with the value of the refund and you can use it on your subsequent orders. Bralette Starter Kit refunds will be made via the mode of payment used during purchase. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders (except for the bralette starter kit) and for delivery costs.


We do not allow refunds for discount codes that had not been applied onto orders at check out. Please ensure that your discount codes are applied correctly before payment.

You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.


We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your Order.

If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources for which we could not reasonably plan.


The price payable by you for the Product shall be the price of the Product listed for sale as stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the Site, and any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.


Tracking Your Parcel

Your order tracking number will be updated once your order has been fulfilled and assigned for pick up by the courier. You may track your order on your account page.


For local orders (Singapore)

Our current courier partner is NinjaVan and our registered business name is Braintango Pte. Ltd. You will receive an SMS/email once your order has been scheduled for delivery. Standard courier parcels are delivered within 2-5 working days. For same day delivery, it will be subjected to the price of arranging the delivery with any available pick-up services. For Malaysia orders


Our current courier partner is Ninjavan and our registered business name is Braintango Pte. Ltd. It typically takes 5 - 14 working days for your order to reach you from the date of order placed.


For international orders

You will be advised on the estimated shipping time when you select your delivery location at the checkout page. As we have been experiencing some delays due to the pandemic situation, do note that the shipping time varies from 2 - 8 weeks from when the order is placed. International orders are charged by the weight of items. The most accurate way to estimate shipping costs would be at the checkout page where shipping fees will be calculated accordingly.
