Shipping & Returns

Order Statuses

We usually have 4 different order statuses:

1. Awaiting Fulfilment

When you first place an order and have made payment successfully, your order status will be updated to Awaiting Fulfilment. This also means your order is in the midst of packing! It takes us some time to get the shipment packed, so do give us some time to process your orders! If you urgently need something, just chat with us to let us know! :)

2. Awaiting Shipment

After packing your order, we will update your order status to Awaiting Shipment, this means that your order has been packed and is in our mailing bag waiting to be sent to the post office. 

3. Shipped

Once we have dropped off your parcel at the post office, we will update your order status to Shipped. For registered mail, we will also update your order with the tracking number provided by either Singpost/TA-Q-BIN depending on what you chose. :)

4. Refunded

If you have ordered multiple orders and requested to combine shipping, we will update the status of the combined shipment orders to refunded to indicate that we have refunded your shipping fee! :)

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. 
Singpost usually takes around 3-5 working days to process Normal Mail (non-standard) parcels and 2 working days to process Registered Mail. 

We are not responsible for lost mail shipped via Normal Mail.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Returns Policy

We allow returns for bralettes but not panties, bodysuits & sets due to hygiene reasons! If you don't think the bralette suits you just let us know anytime! Returns are allowed within 14 days of shipping. However, do note that the return shipping costs will need to be borne by you (so sorry!). 

Refunds will be stored in the form of store credits to your #OBC account and you can send the parcel back to the undelivered address on your parcel and remember to include your order ID so we know who it's from! :D
